After being debuted at New York Fashion Week, we finally get a look at the new Opening Ceremony x Canada Goose collaboration. The collection draws focus upon the Langford Parka and the Chilliwack Bomber from the Canada Goose collection and Opening Ceremony have added a tasteful paisley print to either the outer print or the inner lining.
Canada Goose have come to the forefront of luxury winter wear in recent years but have been doing their thing since 1957. Polish immigrant Sam Tick founded Metro Sportswear Ltd. after spending years working as a cutter in garment factories. Metro made woollen vests, raincoats, snowmobile suits and other outerwear before creating the popular down-filled jackets in the early 1970s.
The Chilliwack is a personal standout, presented in black, purple chestnut and dark sage colourways, these luxury coats are the perfect way to stay cosy in style this winter. The Langford is styled out in anchor blue, dark sage and black options and looks equally sharp.
You can cop these online now but prepare for a hefty price tag as this heavyweight collaboration does not come cheap. Canada Goose is also scheduled to drop a special collaboration with Vetements in November too, so stay tuned.
